Returns/ Exchanges

We will refund or replace faulty or damaged goods as per consumer law.

Please select your items carefully as a restocking fee of 15% is applicable. You will also be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Items returned need to be in a resalable condition and in the original packaging.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. 

Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Any requests of returns or exchanges can be done by emailing us at hello@takeawaypac.com.au.

If you are unsure about a product or sizing, you can email us at hello@takeawaypac.com.au for samples. A shipping cost of $10 applies for any sample requests.
