We deliver direct to your door! You can order anytime online. Delivery is dependent on location and can take up to 7 business days for non metropolitan areas and up to 3 business days for metropolitan areas. We rely on couriers which can delay this timeframe depending on delivery demand.

Signature is required at delivery unless stated otherwise. If no one is available to receive the delivery, then the driver will leave a card with a phone number on it and return the consignment to the nearest depot to be held in safe keeping. When the receiver arrives home, they need to then call the number on the card and request the freight be redelivered at a convenient time. The customer will be charged the cost for the re-delivery. The receiver can also collect their consignment from the depot if convenient.

Authority to Leave at Premises:
If you request to leave your items at your premises if someone isn't available to sign then you agree to the following terms and conditions. Takeaway Pac will attempt to leave the package in a safe place but is removed from all responsibility once items are delivered and will not be liable for any claim for loss and / or damage relating to any freight item left. If specific delivery instructions is required, Please include in order notes.
